Mountain Ministries, an outreach of Morning Star Community Church, is serving elders on the mountain to age securely, with self-sufficiency in their own mountain home.
Together with community partner organizations, we will provide neighbor to neighbor help to meet everyday challenges like:
Finding meaningful volunteer, faith building, and social opportunities
Reaching health care providers
Modifications for aging in your home
Transportation to town
Food assistance and delivery
Energy efficiency solutions
Education and support for caregivers
Assistance with personal care and home chores.
